Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Haitruck iOS app and the haitruck.us website. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them.
What Haitruck is (and isn't)
Haitruck is a marketplace that lets carriers and shippers find each other: shippers post loads, carriers post trucks, and either side can make and accept offers. Haitruck is a neutral venue. We are not a freight broker, motor carrier, or party to any transportation agreement formed between users. We do not verify operating authority, insurance, creditworthiness, or the accuracy of postings. You are responsible for vetting who you do business with and for complying with all laws that apply to your operation, including FMCSA regulations.
Your account
You must be at least 18 and able to enter contracts. Keep your account credentials to yourself; you are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account).
Your content
You own the postings, offers, and other content you submit, and you grant us the license needed to display them to other users — that is the point of a marketplace. Post only accurate information about loads and trucks you actually control. No fraudulent postings, double-brokering schemes, scraping, spam, or interference with the service.
Haitruck Pro subscriptions
Haitruck Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly) that removes free-plan limits. Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel it any time in your device's Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Where required by law, you may also be entitled to a refund from Apple — refund requests are handled by Apple, not us.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for disputes between users, for the conduct or solvency of any user, or for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the marketplace. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change and material updates will be called out in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
